Description
Southwest Sunlit Ristra Fine Art Paintography created by Barbara Chichester 2018. Red Chile Pepper Strands, common in the Southwest U.S., also know as Chile Ristras. Strands of chile peppers strung together to hang and dry. Used in cuisine and decor. New Mexico is famous for it CHILE, grown in both the Mesilla Valley and Hatch, the Chile Capital of the World. My rendition is a mixed media piece in both digital painting and photography.
Turning the ordinary into the extraordinary, resulting in interesting contemplation and conversation, is my Art style.
As I become immersed in each piece of art I create, art takes on a life of it's own in the process. I love what I do and am happy and privileged to share it with you.
Additionally, I want to share with you that art is subjective, it is very personal... there are no rights and wrongs to it, it is a simply matter of preference, taste and personal interests. I hope you will enjoy my style of art as it is meant to cause contemplation, interesting conversation and hopefully provide you with pleasure in viewing it.
My Photographic Art, ink, watercolor and unique Paintographs sell internationally and on this site, you will find an extensive collection to view. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me, I appreciate that very much...
