Desert Cactus Starlight Fine Art Paintography, by Barbara Chichester. Nopal cacti grows abundantly in the desert southwest, it is not only beautiful but it is also edible. My depiction of the Nopal cacti bursting in the colors of the southwest with a beautiful mutli colored star lit night sky as it's backdrop.

Turning the ordinary into the extraordinary, resulting in interesting contemplation and conversation, is my Art style.

As I become immersed in each piece of art I create, art takes on a life of it's own in the process. I love what I do and am happy and privileged to share it with you.

Additionally, I want to share with you that art is subjective, it is very personal... there are no rights and wrongs to it, it is a simply matter of preference, taste and personal interests.
